When you make a purchase on nothingbid.lol, you are buying a personalized digital novelty Certificate of Nothing. The certificate is delivered electronically as a downloadable PNG image, a downloadable PDF document, and a shareable web URL.
There is no physical product, ranking, backlink, advertising, promotion, membership, investment, financial return, resale rights, or other benefit of any kind. All purchase amounts receive the same type of digital certificate regardless of the amount paid. This is not a donation, charity, crowdfunding project, investment, cryptocurrency, stored value, deposit, gambling product, lottery, prize competition, auction, bidding-fee auction, or financial product. It provides no ownership, equity, future payout, expectation of profit, or resale right.
You choose the amount you wish to pay, between $1.00 and $10,000.00 USD. The selected amount becomes the purchase price confirmed through Gumroad checkout. Every amount receives the same core deliverables and no practical benefit. Higher amount ranges change only the certificate edition, wording, and visual treatment. The amount is not a donation, deposit, investment, stored balance, financial contribution, or promise of a future payout.
As merchant of record, Gumroad may calculate, collect, report, and remit applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other indirect taxes. Gumroad provides the official payment receipt and invoice; Nothingbid's delivery email is not a second merchant invoice. Nothing here is tax or legal advice and separate obligations may still apply.
Delivery is electronic and normally begins after Gumroad confirms payment. Short delays may occur while a payment notification or personalized files are processed. You receive a certificate page with PNG and PDF downloads; nothing is shipped physically. If payment succeeds but the certificate is not available, contact us at the email below with the date and amount of the transaction so we can restore delivery.
You may cancel before completing payment. Because the personalized digital product is generated and delivered immediately after payment, it cannot be physically returned. If you were charged more than once, did not receive the certificate, or the delivered files are materially defective, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the files or refund the affected charge. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
If you opt to display your purchase on the public Wall of Nothing, the display name, recipient name, optional message, and purchase amount you provide may be publicly visible. Only information you explicitly enter in the form will be displayed. We do not display email addresses, Gumroad account information, legal names obtained from the payment provider, or transaction identifiers.
User-submitted text that is abusive, illegal, impersonating, defamatory, hateful, contains personally identifying information about others, or is otherwise inappropriate may be hidden from public display at our discretion. We may remove content from the public Wall while preserving necessary transaction records.
Purchases are completed through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for eligible products sold through its service. Gumroad handles checkout, payment credentials, receipts, applicable indirect taxes, refunds, fraud checks, and payment disputes under its own terms. Nothingbid does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes and remains responsible for the personalized certificate content and fulfillment. Gumroad does not endorse Nothingbid.
