Each Certificate of Nothing is personalized and digitally generated after purchase. Purchases are generally non-refundable once the personalized product has been generated or delivered, except where required by applicable law or where Gumroad determines a refund is appropriate under its policies.
If you do not receive your certificate, receive materially defective files, or believe you were charged more than once, contact hello@nothingbid.lol within 14 days with your Gumroad order number. We will investigate and restore delivery, replace defective files, or coordinate an appropriate refund.
Gumroad acts as merchant of record and may process refunds, chargebacks, and disputes under its own policies. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or Gumroad's authority to issue a refund.
The transaction record and a revoked certificate page may be retained for audit and support purposes. PNG and PDF downloads are disabled after a full refund or unresolved chargeback.
